Looks a bit coarse and rough. And quite irritating

  2. Stamperdoodle1

I don’t think they could’ve picked a more annoying song.

  3. ShaftedTM_ytg

I’d love to see a Co-op mode! Would be way cooler with friends.

Is this the game for the Will Smith – Steampunk Movie “Wild Wild West”? 😀

  5. Semi-meant in jest, but the nomads who discover these things called wheels are going to rule the wasteland.

  6. Nabrok_Necropants

How come they don’t leave footprints even temporarily? is there a reason in the game?

  7. LaserGadgets

You see a game like that, think by yourself “wow, great idea, looks interesting” then you read PVP. And its “hm…..”.

I am hopefully wrong but its probably gonna last 2 years and then servers will be as empty as deserts.

I’ll take another peek when they add the worms DLC

  9. Odd-Opening-8170

This couldn’t look more boring if it tried.

The one person that actually liked Will Smith’s Wild Wild West movie…. and he made it into a game.

    Yuck.

  11. There was an older game where you flew airships in a steampunk world and it was fully PvP and looked VERY similar to this without the survival/building elements. Like you had a crew of three other players and one was a pilot and another an engineer and I think a gunner? You each had abilities and you could man gun stations and stuff like in this video. I wonder if it’s by the same people…

  12. Were the Bioshock 2013 graphics necessary or something? Besides, I have never seen a more boring trailer in my life. It is like a CEO made the game because his son thought of “cool robots fighting in the desert” with absolutely nothing else to it.

Looks like the kind of multiplayer game that would shutdown in a year.

I didn’t know they still released PS3 games? – only joking, the graphics kind of look shit though.

  14. Played the beta, it was a below average experience and also was not long enough ago for them to iron out the major glaring issues.

It’s basically desert Sea of Thieves, but a little more customizable for the “ship”. kind of feels like they were going for an experience like the movie Mortal Engines.

Way missed the mark. Expecting this to be a major flop on all platforms, 2 stars on PS, mostly negative on Steam.

Played the test. I somehow doubt this game is going to be ready in 2026. Great concept, absolutely loved it for a whole twenty minutes but the performance was abysmal.

Played one of the first playtests in October of last year. It was literally unplayable dipping well under 30fps with my Ryzen 7 5800x and 3080, even outside of their servers shitting the bed because they used the wrong Microsoft azure account type.

Was actually like awful enough that I was discouraged from playing one of the more recent ones, so surprised to see it somehow being performant on PS5 so soon. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s not indicative of actual performance though cause the trailers leading to the play test I did were smooth too.

  17. This looks like it could have been released in the late PS3 era.

  18. If this had been a single-player, narrative-driven exploration shooter, it could have really stood out. But as a PVP-focused game, it falls flat and ends up feeling like a major letdown. So close to something great.

  19. DoubleFudge101

The EA on pc was all kinds of janky and had performance issues. I hope they’ve worked on it. It feels like Guns of Icarus but more fleshed out

There is a scam going around steam where they send you an invite to this game then try and get you to log into your steam through a 3rd party portal that looks identical to steam login. Probably has nothing to do with the game itself, just use caution if you get any offers related to the game through steam chat from “friends”. They were sending invites to people using my buddies account and he had no idea until I told him so he could reset his password.
