Same. I play on a 4k tv and to me, the AMD upscaler is pretty damn good. 1080p looks really close 4k to my eyes. Not the same obviously but it clearly doesn’t look like 1080p.

Even game consoles can not do 4k native the sweet spot is still 1440p native.

The Steam hardware survey doesn’t even have an option for saying you game in 8K. That’s how few people do 8K. They track how many people do 1512 x 982 but not 8K.

I feel like 8k60 now is what 4k60 was when 1440p / 1080p supported higher refresh rates but I could be wrong.

I’m older, but I don’t really see much need to go above 1080 60fps. To me anything above that is like 5% better and not worth the money
