In the first part of the video which is another game I was able to fire and enter ads mode without having to click on the scope button each time.
Can this be achieve on pubg mobile?
Just started playing and couldn't find that option in the setting and as you can see in the second video I have to click on the scope button each time if I want to shoot with the ads.

No, please don’t! I could just go play cod if that was the case.
What you can do is switch to 4 finger mode and change scope to hold, I held out switching for a while but it makes a big difference
