Those are some AWFULLY LARGE speakers for a desk so small. Headphones or an under-monitor sound bar would greatly help your surface space. Also a light bar for your monitor will illuminate your workspace making it feel larger as well.

Assuming its impossible or really really difficult to move your setup elsewhere which gives you the chance to get a larger desk, what I would do is definitely replace or remove the large speakers. They’re taking away a lot of your desk space real estate. If possible, find yourself somewhere to store that Logitech racing wheel as it seems to be in an awkward position where its really really close to you at all times. It wont help too much but it could give off the illusion that you have more desk space.
I dont know about the mixed warm/cool lighting you got going on there so I’d recommend keeping those at the same temperature/color if possible. You could get a really cheap headphone hanger online that either hangs off the desk, or replaces your right speaker. You can also put your phone underneath the monitor (and remove one of the clocks lol). Im not sure what that hub/controller thing is next to the right speaker but if you can somehow hide that behind the monitor or elsewhere it would help make the setup cleaner.
Im going to assume that mug is there temporarily, but I also noticed you have a clear mat on your desk that is a bit dirty. Id recommend removing that too
