why do most people have fluxo 0-3? i dont really watch south american CS that much, but isn’t legacy the stand-in team from that region? so wouldn’t legacy be weaker than them?

Most of these people seem to not follow this level of cs. Fluxo are far more likely to qualify than to go 0-3. There are like 8 teams worse than them. Matter of fact all of the SA teams seem to be underrated and asian teams overrated.
