They will only be permanent if player reception is good. Wild cards weren’t received well because they don’t really impact much of the game. I almost forgot it was even in br, so they probably decided not to keep it for now.
This will be the same for the buy stations, if it doesn’t get received well we’ll be back to normal again next ranked season.
