I know it’s a meme but just want to point out for those unaware, it’s cherry picking pictures of him and aging. It’s easy to find good looking pictures of him from the Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk years but people just choose the worst ones to make a joke, and people actually take it seriously.
Literally the same thing the “western women are ugly” crowd do when making their memes, which frustrates me no end.

People forget that they have never ever released a working game. The launches have always been buggy and broken. Cybperpunk just took it to its natural conclusion for them. They got a pass because of the size of their studio. Guess lying and concocting a fake marketing campaign to swindle players takes a toll.
Just know they will do the same with Witcher 4 and Im sure UE5 wont do them any favors.
