Is this normal? Phase9 current on both VRMs has had no activity whatsoever. 9950x3d on an X870e Aorus Master board with a 1300w power supply.

The VRM configuration is 16+2+2, so that probably means phase 0-7 are for Core, phase 9 is probably IO or some other minor rail, while phase 10-11 is probably SOC
