I've been to a lot of states but Oregon is one I have not had the privilege. I ride around just to check out the scenery sometime. It's honestly making me want to take a trip there.
They should have a Days Gone tour of Deschutes and Klamath counties, like Middle Earth in New Zealand, where you ride around the different spots from the game. Maybe have a zombie or two attack on the tour, have Sam Witwer as a guest from time to time.

This game deserved a sequelÂ
But the population seems to be a bit iffy…
Oregon is gorgeous. I can also confirm it is in fact NOT full of zombies
(great game tho)
Real, just went Cannon Beach a few weeks ago for a family trip it was amazing and finished off with a beach side bonfire with s’mores and hotdogs.
I live pretty close to Bend Studio here in Bend (obviously). Never played Day Gone but I’ve heard it’s pretty decent.
Life is Strange takes place in a fictional town. Arcadia Bay, in Oregon, and if that game has one thing going for it, it’s the atmosphere. The vibes are immaculate.
Days Gone takes place in Deschutes?? That’s so cool. Spent a lot of time there growing up.
Wasted on a boring game with awful characters.
Born and raised, and I never intend to leave. Spent time camping and hunting around the areas depicted in Days Gone, and I’ve gotta say, the game does as good a job at replicating its beauty as any game could possibly do. Such a beautiful game.
Legit thought that was Skyrim for a second
Definitely a state and not a country, unless it’s called a country in the game? 😂
It seriously is. I’ve been there. If anyone goes, I recommend the Gorge, Crater Lake, and Smith Rock. I do wish more games would go there. The only other game I’ve played that goes to Oregon is Unturned, and that was off Steam Workshop.
That is real life oregon, just black Friday at walmart
I live out in these actual parts. Incredibly scenic out here down to a spiritual level at times
What an incredible, incredibly underrated game.
The game really captures the fear or hordes of zombies coming at you.
If the game had another few months/a year in development it could have been epic. Still such a solid game though.
Hate Sony for killing it
Oregon is imo one of the most beautiful places in the USA
This the remaster or last gem running on PS5?
Oregon always surprised me with how much beauty was just off the side of the road. No parking lot or anything, just the shoulder
I spent most of my life in Oregon, and I can confirm it’s a beautiful place.
Take away the horde mechanic and you’re left with a dull slow paced zombie game,
I wish the story and characters were better. The game play is very fun but man the writing trash. I understand why Sony didn’t want to let him try again.
