100% yes. it made all those skins Activision wanted you to buy usable.
LonelyAustralia
honestly it was one of my favorite features

Custom mods from CW are better for multiple reasons, like being able to change between 10 different builds per weapon on the go, each with specific attachments for any situation, but also using store blueprints that had elemental damage for each kind of enemy.
Averagezoomers
ideally there would be both, weapon kits are great for a default but I love the flexibility of the blueprint application, especially for guns that a skin or attachment hasn’t applied to like the ones from the vault/armoury
Shaclo
I don’t see why we cant have both honestly
No_Tear9428
I think I prefer zombie builds, although I do wish I could make a pack a punch specific build too
RavenOlsson
I so wish every zombie game had this
Lazy_Writing1109
does this work on any zombie mode? I don’t remember seeing this before.

Treyarch dropped the ball hard with the weapon kit system in bo6. Reward guns not having your build is absolutely miserable with how many awful attachments there are, and the million optics. cold war was clunky but at least I knew I would get my build and camo. The only time you shouldn’t get your weapon build is if someone drops it, if you’re the first to pick it up you should always have your build.
masked_kulprit
I just want to be able to pause indefinitely 😔

Goat war gang rise up

it was good for camo grinding being able to swap from the more ammo to the higher accuracy and stuff but i prefer zombie builds honestly
xXxKAMIKAZExXx
I liked this a lot. I would use it on weapons that could dual wield too, so I could change between using one weapon or two.

Sorry to be that guy mate but what base weapon is that please? Thanks

How did I not know about this feature? I’ve Played BOCW far beyond the life-cycle for most modes, and I never heard of this feature until just now.

Just do what the older games have, it’s that simple really. Weapon kits
xyDominator
Yes absolutely

inexcusable this isnt in the game by now ngl, if i spend literally 100s of hours getting camos i want to fucking use them. i dont EVER pickup guns from vaults/chests because they can just seemingly never keep the zombie build and its frustrating asf. theres literally no reason to not have this in the game on top of zombie builds/blueprints. more player customization, better use of vault weapons, being able to use bundle blueprints without having to use it permanently, etc.

Weapon kits are so much better than having to pause the game and change the blueprint
