I've tried to reverse image search and I can't find anything that look exactly like these. Some that are very similar but not an EXACT match.
On the second and third image on his 2009 model, there is a distinct circle on the right on the frame which makes me to believe that they're probably Oakley's but I still can't find anything.

Idk what the exact term for them are but I’ve always referred to them as wrap round sport shades
