   Hynix M Die? Seems like 24GB single rank.

   tRAS can easily be set to 40 (even floored to 30 should work). If tRAS is 40, tRC can be set to 76.

   There’s a few unconfigured sub-timings I see:

   tWRWRSCL 2

   tRDWR 16

   Any reason why you have the vSOC pegged at 1.30 Volts?

   Edit: tWTRL will most likely go to 14; might do 12 on a good SoC and DIMM.
