Depending on your skill level or willingness to learn, you can’t beat trying to build it yourself! Not only is it fun (and often cheaper than off-the-shelf equivalents), it really puts the _punk_ back in cyberpunk
Seconding building your own. Raspberry pi 4, raspberry pi zero and arduino/arduino minis are all pretty affordable and there are plenty of guides out there for beginners. For a bonus, look for a maker space near you. They often have 3d printers and plenty of people willing to help you learn.
