Console player here (PS5)
I was playing on Liberty Falls the other day, and I wanted to pick up the Death Machine and use it, but the game wouldn't let me. I was able to pick up and use two other Scorestreaks, but Death Machine wouldn't come out when I tried to equip/use it. It's the only Scorestreak that does this.
I haven't tested it on any other maps yet, but then again it hasn't shown up anywhere else, and I don't usually craft Scorestreaks unless I'm using them for EE steps.
Anyone else having this issue?

Edit: Alright i understood it wrong since i was focussed on the first part where he activated war machine and didnt use it but switched it out.

Who honestly knows anymore… the game is a buggy mess. How else can this be labeled as except neglect? Here’s a dumb ass weed event and another bundle for you to give us $20. At least Seth Rogen and Jay and Silent Bob are in the game!
The last time that I used the death machine, it was gray/common rarity, and it only had one single bullet in it. I think it’s just bugged in zombies right now. Hopefully the launch of season 4 will iron out all the zombies bugs going around right now.
