The RAM timings are from an OC that's been absolutely rock solid on 3 separate 9800x3ds.
I've finally managed to find a "golden sample" CPU that I would like to keep. It passes everything (6h aida, 5h vtt3, other y-cruncher tests) except Karhu.
The first Karhu run took over 12h to error. After that, I could get it to error after 1-3h. It feels like it's temperature related, but I've stability tested these settings at 60c with other processors, and now it errors at barely 55c.
Any suggestions welcome…

Set the nitro training settings to the safest/slowest values incl. 4 taps, nitro timings 2-3-1 if neccesary, tune vddp, vddio, tune resistances/drvstr’s etc. In that order
Try raising vsoc a little.
That vsoc seems kinda low for 8000mts could try bumping it
