Nvidia has denied access for hardware reviewers to a traditional review program, they have promoted inaccurate and biased previews, and they are releasing while all hardware media is at Computex and thus cannot even review this card independently because they are in Taiwan. The only information you can trust about this card is that is has 8gb memory which says it all.

Hear me out, now its the prime time to go Radeon 😃

And it will still be the most popular card in a couple of years thanks to prebuilts.

What does it even matter? In two years its prolly gonna be the most popular card anyways

This is not an over-exaggeration. The review embargo for Cyberpunk 2077 was *24 hours* before launch and they didn’t allow *anyone* to review the console version. For around a year, it was utterly terrible. It got pulled from PlayStation and players refunded. It was meant to be Nvidia’s RTX launch-title.

Back to the 5060, Nvidia already knows exactly how bad this is. They want to make sure you don’t during the first few weeks of sales.

Honestly might benefit from everyone dumping on this card. Looking to replace my 960ti (2GB) without breaking the bank, and if it doesn’t sell, maybe Black Friday will be my window of opportunity.

I will buy it if it’s the only itx option. Either that or just go APU only.

AMD and Intel deserve our collective patronage while nVidia gets its head out of it’s ass.

the next GPU i spend my own money on for a personal system will be AMD (or Intel if they expand beyond entry level)

I know everyone thinks this will not hurt Nvidia because the normies will be sold tonnes of these in prebuilds through no fault of their own.

But I think it will still hurt because the same people will not know why their computer can’t run games after 1-2 years when the AAA’s keep making games with higher and higher base system requirements. And all the game reviewers tell them it’s because of thier crap performing new expensive GPU.

I have a feeling this is Nvidia milking the last of the “low end” market before they rebrand to just offering “premium” GPUs in the future…. My real hope is that the switch 2 launch gets messed up and Nintendo throws Nvidia under the bus for it… Petty yes but I really find the more and more underhanded tactics pretty dickish

Nvidia thinks it can do whatever it wants, but AMD has shown it can force Nvidia’s hand. We will see how future AMD cards are.

  10. NVIDIA needs to stop with the 8 GB VRAM already for crying out loud

Nvidia are bad, don’t buy their cards. Intel are bad, don’t buy their cards either. Also, chinese cards are bad too, it seems. Bruh, what am I suppose to do now, go into the woods and play with sticks?..
