If you have bo3 in the Microsoft store you can use a 3rd party software to use the Microsoft copy while using your steam Bo3 and it gets rid a lot of performance issues and makes the game run smoother.
Even works with workshop mods and maps.
I’d play the first MOB this Pic shows if you get it all working.
