It hurts my soul when I hear players say they never pay Vic and just use other rippers

Only played through once but made sure I paid him straight away. Gotta make him feel appreciated, not too many people with good hearts in Night City

Always pay the homie Vic

How do you even get that much money so early?

I pay him back the second I have the eddies

Is there a difference in paying hom early, later and not paying him at all? Currently on my first playthrough and I payed him off before I finished the prologue. Currently doing some missions with takemura, so please, no spoilers.

When showing my younger brother the game for the first time today he told me to never pay him back, can’t believe that was even a thought

Yup. Was semi-lost first play through, didn’t really notice i needed to pay him. But after the first ending, I realized he was a close friend, and on my second playthrough, I did every job to collect just enough to pay him, them move on.

Paid him once the eddies rolled in, and only visited Victor as my sole ripperdoc. Loyalty goes a long way.
