It holds the shit together, fans are facing the right way for intake and exhaust. It’s fine.

Back the day mine was in a shoe box, the PSU did not fit so it just dangled there and I had to use room fan to blow directly at to prevent it from over heating. it was fun.
This reminds me of the computer my husband used at college. A single plank of wood with components screwed onto it.

I’ve benched a few mobo mounted on the cardboard box. Those times when you have to mount the cooling before squeezing it into a mini case.
