The photo suggests Ravenov and Samantha knew each other before June 13, 1984 (Maxis' FIЯEBДSE Z infiltration). But we know they didn't. In the radio "Not Who We Are", Maxis questions Ravenov's motives for reaching out to her. She also says she only recently reviewed his records. That makes it clear she had no prior knowledge of him. From June 15, 1984 (FIЯEBДSE Z), to June 4th, 1985 (Forsaken), Samantha was under strict lock and key, monitored by Richtofen. Ravenov couldn't have visited her, as per document "Subject Rules". So did Ravenov fake the photo and the message supposedly written by Samantha on the back?
On top of all that, the timeline is all over the place ever since BO6. The dates for Operatsiya Inversiya and Klaus' operational readiness are completely wrong. One document, "My Warheads", claims Operatsiya Inversiya happened on June 15, 1984. The correct date is November 16, 1984. And Klaus wasn't field-ready until sometime in 1985.

Is it confirmed this audio log takes place after Firebase Z?
This photo was taken when 3arc writters look up at the Wiki and saw that Ravenov and Sam have met (face-to-face) in Romania, which is obviously a mistake by the Wiki Writters. Ever since the guy behind the Zombies Chronicles Timeline (i forgot his name) left 3arc, they seem to sometimes rely on Wiki as a source for the Story, which is a shame.

There are about 8 months between Die Maschine (November 83) and Firebase Z (June 84). That audio log could be from anywhere in between those 8 months. If the recording was from, let’s say, January, you have 5 months left still on which Sam could have made contact with Ravenov prior to Firebase Z
