This industry is a goddamn joke, so many hacks. I understand videogames are not as old compared to other entertainment media, even so, with the current resources and technology, in theory it should be easier to avoid this kind of stuff, but here we are, untalented people getting rich with their amazing insight and creativity, literally early today I saw articles of Kojima being condescending as usual, Kingdom Hearts still exists, that Captain America/Black Panther game is still in production, etc, etc.. freak show of a industry

I knew the moment Sony bought them that she was gonna leave before a game even shipped. That’s what she does.

I can’t figure her out. She’s not incompetent, she ran the studio that pumped out the dead space remake. But she basically has spent the last 20 years failing upwards.
From what I read, she wasn’t really anyone important on Assassins Creed, but the media took a shine to her. Cos she was young, pretty and female. So Ubisoft pushed her front and centre. Then just like that a star was born, and the useless games media haven’t left her alone since.
