I’ve been noticing really awful throttles. This issue only happened after I switched game launchers, but switching back didn’t help.
I’ve tried disabling many power saving features. But still got the same results.
If anyone could help solve the issue i’d Appreciate it.

something is wrong with your cooling. 75 on gpu and 82 on cpu is really high especially on the gpu since the 1650 is not a a high TDP card at all.
maybe clean your case or check if your fans are even spinning at all.
