Bigger desk, more aesthetic desk mat, less crowding and better positioning of images on the walls, better monitor alignment and positioning, some connecting colour theme would help and just better decor and more personality in general.

Position your cabinet perfectly so airflow is good and secondly there are a lot of visible cables and align your monitors too that’s it imo
