I'm looking to buy a used 4090 7950X3D build for gaming. The seller provided the two 3dmark scores, but is uninterested in trying some of the tweaks I've seen to boost 3dmark score (such as Nvidia control panel power management, process lasso, and some bios changes). I'm wondering if anything on the two charts shows a serious issue, aside from the low score itself. Maybe in the monitoring charts. Any insight is appreciated, and apologies for low resolution images. Thanks

My 5080 with an I9 14900f that’s locked is pulling 34000 on time spy graphics and 30000 overall. I would check is vbs is enabled on their system
