I got a G502 Hero since at least 5 years and I have no issues lol
StygianStrix
The newer Logitech mice have optical switches which in theory will never doubleclick
Cl4whammer
There are so many other companies creating keyboards and mouse today. If you still buy roccat, razer or logitech stuff… I dont know.

All my Corsair mice in the last 5 years have had that scroll jumping issue. I recently bought a wired Deathadder v3 and I’m pretty happy with it. Although if this new mouse starts having issues with the mouse wheel I’ll never buy another Razer product, they already got me once when I got those fancy expensive haptic feedback headphones that died out of the blue after 3 months.
pokemango7
my experience was the opposite, my razer always got double click issues and my current logitechs have gotten scroll jumping issues (logitech replaced it under the 2 year warranty 3 times lol)
Automatic-Evidence26
ah jumping scroll issue, that explains the past 6 months … wtf
kiaridragon
MadCatz it is for over 15 years now

Just buy some random Chinese brand one with the same/better hardware, they basically come from the same factory as logi razor and sort, difference being they don’t cheap out on hardware and are cheaper. I’ve been using the ATK F1 ultimate since release and it’s the best mouse I’ve ever used

Razer Basilisk V3 Pro is amazing
HankThrill69420
$20 generic mouse user here. everything works always.
I game more on controllers anyway, but, no complaints here with generic periphs.
if it’s a mouse that requires third-party software, I’m not interested. Ditto keyboards but I’ll spring for a nice one.

Just got the scroll jumping issue 1 week before warranty ended. Phew

Real gamers know the best mouse is the little red nipple in the middle of laptop keyboards
thats my glorious “double click” button, that stopped working without doing many double clicks. a bit disappointed here.
kingawsume
Buy corsair, scroll wheel dies from friction (or the little nub snaps off)
arftism2
that’s why i buy steelseries and get light wallet issue.
TwistedCarrot7
My logitech scrolls backwards if I scroll to fast now.
CurryLikesGaming
me buying cheap 20$ chinese mouse with magnetic clicks and scroll. Gets neither bugs and been using for 2 years.
latroxx2
I had an old logitech with both problems so I have the best or worst of both worlds
ParkerWilsonGC

Dahwaann4U
Steel series

Didn’t know the double click was a known issue. I also had this on my Logitech! Think I fixed it though by smashing the mouse on my desk everytime it happened 😂
Mikhael_Xiazuh
Razer also has a double click issue and a triple click issue on keyboards.
Source: had both, now they’re steelseries.

I’m gone through 8 mice in 7 years… usually a scroll or double-click issue. It’s extremely annoying. I can “easily” fix the scroll issues, but I hate having to take apart the mouse completely just to access the scroll wheel and clean it… and the fix never lasts *that* long.
LayeredHalo3851
Get the Model O so that double clicking isn’t an issue, it’s a feature (but a very controlled version of double clicking though)
squisher_1980
Buy Roccat, get bought out by Turtle Beach.
Still haven’t seen anything I like better than my Tyon, and I haven’t been able to buy a new one of those in years dammit.
Already replaced the left button microswitch in both of mine (like it enough to buy it for my work PC also) but I doubt I’ll be able to do that a 2nd time
TAA4lyfboi
Just don’t buy either of these terrible brands?
RAMChYLD
Then Logitech starts charging for each click…
Never forget. Logitech wanted you to pay for clicking.
Apprehensive_Golf_21
guys please stop fucking your mouse and acting like it’s the product’s fault…
dokomiii
Still not as bad as the scrollwheel breaking off on my Corsair Ironclaw three times in one year. RMAd it twice, then gave up and switched to G502 after the third one broke in the same place again. A non-reinforced plasic piece as the the bridge holding the scrollwheel in place on a 80€ mouse is a design choice I will never understand.

Not that hot, hot take: Modern day Logitech and Razer mice just suck in general.
uptodown12
Buy G502X the click won’t work if the ambient temperature got too high….

Buy Corsair and get Icue issue
I would never go back to logitech tbh. I’ll take occasional scroll jumping over the double clicking and their build quality just isn’t there anymore.
Never had the double click issue on my G502
Logitech still uses micro USB for their $200 keyboard….
Buy Corsair and get both!
Asus! (seriously love my Gladius II, and you can replace left and right switches easily if they start to double click)

I’ve bought like 5 Logitech G903’s, I love all of them, and use the powerplay charging pad.
One of them did start to get an issue but I just replaced left mouse click part and it was easy.
Buy glorious get defective drivers.
Buy a 2 dollar mouse from temu and get both
