This is my first PC Build. Got some help from a friend on what kind of parts I needed and then had to learn what each thing is and how it affected the performance.

Is that a RAM cooler?
is there a (new?) trend of putting toys in your computer? I’m no airflow snob but it doesn’t seem like a great idea.
