As title says, no damage prediction is off, the only part that is on is ragdolls, would this be it? because I have never seen this happen with that on until the past week or so. I have noticed it more and more, and it happened back to back rounds in my game, funnily enough these are all inferno clips

Same thing’s happening to me too, even with all the predictions turned off.
I had ragdolls on until recently, when I thought I’d killed someone for him to stand back up and kill me.
