Essentially you agree that you cannot sue them or be part of a class action suit and instead must resolve it through an arbitration process. In theory this is a lower cost way to resolve a dispute. In practice the process heavily favors the corporation because they’re the ones who hire the arbitrator.

weakest spec they could have possbly offered, game cards, bricking, and now this.
