•Rox Dusk has never really had a home – born in a makeshift caravan between the containers of an old abandoned port, she grew up at the heart of a small tribe of urban nomads, city outcasts who refuse the rules of the corpos as much as the chains of the desert.
From an early age, Rox showed a unique affinity for machines. She tinkers with implants found in garbage, hacks abandoned drones, and eventually connects to the Net with a stolen cyberdeck – at the age of 13. She soon became R-07, a blaze that circulated in the underworld like an urban legend: a kid capable of bringing down a corpo tower with an old, patched-up deck.
But one day, a run goes wrong. Her hideout is spotted and her gang is decimated. She escapes, but loses her right arm. She replaces it with a modified mantis arm, salvaged from a cyberpsycho, which she customizes herself. From then on,
R-07 is no longer just a netrunner: she's a predator, a hacker who can also slit your throat if you don't have any interesting data to give her.
