This is terrible ngl. Medium settings running that poorly and it doesn’t even look like it. Games are not increasing in fidelity equal to that of their performance loss.

It seems to me like we’re paying a premium for good technologies sure but not ones that can enhance the image significantly over eternal, surely considering the performance price… With the bigger focus on ray tracing etc.
Changing the settings seems to impact the fps by little.
Overall, not bad per say, but disappointing.

Man with how incredibly optimized the last 2 dooms were, I’m actually a little disappointed here. I’ve got an rtx 3070, and it looks like medium @1440 will be less than 60fps. That’s pretty shit when eternal runs so incredibly well.

Maybe AI rumors are true. Nvidia using 100% to make and tune drives. And instead of letting human resources make drivers they are using them to fix AI. I don’t think we going to see properly working Nvidia drivers any time soon.
