I'm currently using a Ryzen 7 7800x3d and CMH32GX5M2B6000Z30 with EXPO on an MSI B650 Tomahawk motherboard. I've been hearing about VSOC, so I set VSOC = 1.2.

Everything else is as per the EXPO profile. In the right column, I can see the voltage settings. Buildzoid set MEM VDD = MEM VDDQ = CPU VDDIO to 1.35V, but with the Auto setting, they seem to be at 1.4V.
However, it looks like Buildzoid also manually configured all the timings.
Even if I'm just using the EXPO profile, should I adjust the VDD-related voltages?
Also, what could happen if I don't adjust the VDD voltages? I really don't want to significantly shorten my CPU's lifespan by having EXPO turned on.

EXPO will have settings validated to be stable, there’s no harm in keeping 1.4v VDD/VDDQ
I have not heard of PHY degradation occuring on AM5 CPUs even with 1.8+ VDD and 1.5+ VDDQ, those voltages are safe.
