  1. I just sold my flip knife p2 for 1.25k, i bought it 400 usd last year.

300% roi in just a year. Crazy shit lol.

  2. Bro I sold my blue phosphor mid boom and missed out in ~$150 in profit (750 vs 900). At least I pivoted towards a WW Welcome to the Jungle craft but that extra 150 couldve bought me some upgrades.

  3. Nothing to see here. Paying more than 1c for any skin is already ridiculous. Only winner is Valve no matter how you slice it.

  4. Lol come the fuck on, if desirable skins became affordable people would buy the fuck out of them. Not everyone is a weird little loot goblin hoarding all of the pretty pixels like you guys, most people actually play the game and just want cool skins.

  5. My favorite skin (hot rod) is so tempting to sell but at the same time it’s my favorite skin and I don’t want to sell them

  6. Yeah, I've been through this whole situation before – just don't be dumb and play smart with trends to get by

  7. this makes me regret selling my AWP Green Energy min wear… I've held onto every other skin so far, I thought most skins drop in value over time

  8. Implying most of us care about an increase in prices. Most cs players get cheap skins that look good. We couldn't afford good knives or gloves before anyway.

  9. Says it's not in valves interest to destroy skins market, looks at the last 5 years of tournaments sticker market that has been destroyed by 80-90% of sticker prices… It may not be in their interest, but there's example of them doing just that…

  10. END OF THE DAY, SKINS BEING WORTH MONEY IS GOOD, SKINS NOT TRADING A DAY OR A TOMORROW– PRIOR TO THEM DOING SO TOO.. I THINK THATS MAJORBUMMER, CALL ME CAHCAHCACHOWING CRAAAAAZY BUT I THINK A STEAM USER SHOULD BE USING AN ACCOUNT LIKE NORMAL but rewarding ppl 4 beinng ppl erm bc's its trading afterall and erm idk maybe itd be cool to maybe hear da story where da skin came from or like a hey whats up enjoy skin, id tip my steam sales pffshsg's my steam taxes needa start going back in the pockets of the real honest hard workin sungun CS2 CouterStrike Player now yall.. Craigslist did it better, sup Craig.

  11. Man I miss buff. Such a good site with easy trading and an amazing layout, as a kato collector life have not been the same since. 😩

  12. Prices only go up because skins still are a cheap asset. For each discontinued item, there can be only a set number of owners, 3k-12k for most expensive of skins. If you look at financial market, there are millions of people participating with a considerable net worth having invested in it. What I think is happening is that new generation that is raised on video games, finally has money to invest in something. And what else is better to invest in than something that you are familiar with? So yea, these high tier items will continue to be less and less attainable by regular players and i can totally see them 5x-10x within 10 years

  13. I was shoked to see I bought a Talon Doppler FN Phase 2 just before the massive increase at 1.4k, and now see it currently being at 3.4k within weeks is RIDICULOUS

  14. Bot controlling prices

(if someone posted a good sticket set up) the bot will detect it, and that sticket will price hike by atleast 150%, example 1 sticker price is around 1usd, you will see that price in few hours will go up around 35usd or 50usd

  15. And I still don’t know if I should sell my 20$ inventory for a profit of 20 cents in the future or not terrible video
