Nvidia drivers have been buggy, if it’s a Nvidia GPU id look at the Nvidia sub talk about drivers.
FPS shows 138FPS so I suspect it’s drivers~
Yes, there is a chance that you have selected your igpu to measure. Check if GPU1 is the one from your cpu and instead choose in osd the gpu2
Maybe your pc has 2 gpu and you select the integrated graphics
