I believe you took shots from his teammates as well. Just happened to be his single bullet that knocked you. It be like that sometimes.

Very possibly cheating but also very possibly caused by de-sync, otherwise known as latency, issues.
I had to watch it a dozen times to catch it, but I see his aim suddenly jerk a little as he’s shooting you, which may indicate missing frames or data packets.
In layman’s terms on his phone he shot you a bunch but your phones weren’t in sync with the server and each others and some of the frames that happened on his phone weren’t shown to you, because the game was trying to sync up your gaming experiences.
It’s the same reason why players sometimes feel that they are being shot behind walls when the reality is that from the enemies perspective, they fired while the player waa still out in the open. It looks like cheating because the shots aren’t registered on the dead players phone until after they retreat behind cover.
It’s a pretty common multi-player gaming issue that won’t be fixed until the internet and computers are a lot faster then they are today.
As someone else noted, his teammates were also shooting, so his may have only been the killing blow.
Also, if your helmet was previously damaged, then it may have only required a single bullet to knock you.
But most likely, their teammate registered the rest of the damage on your helmet, and his single bullet was enough to finish the job

looks like desync to me tbh, there is a frame jump when he is shooting so what you perceived as a single bullet was more bullets in reality
