Lately, a lot of players are confused about why some accounts have the new UI while others are stuck with the old one — even after updates.
After digging into this myself and testing across multiple accounts, here’s what I found:
3 Common Misunderstandings:

“You need to download the LD version instead of HD.”
Nope. I’ve tested both, and it doesn’t affect which UI you get. -
“Only new accounts get the new UI.”
Also false. One of my older accounts (over 6 months old) got the new UI, while a newer one is still stuck on the old one. -
“Only certain servers have it.”
Global players think it’s only on Garena. Garena players think it’s on Global. Truth is, both have random access.
So how do you get the new UI?
You wait. Seriously. Activision is randomly rolling it out in waves with each update — there’s no manual trigger, no guaranteed fix. Maybe you’ll get it next patch, maybe not.

That ui looks so trash compared to the old one I have 2 accounts One has that ui and my main account does not have it
This new ui is just straight up ass cheeks man, I definitely prefer the old one😭
The new one is so much cleaner, luckily I got it early
I’ll be entirely honest, but I don’t like how this UI looks *at all*. I don’t know why
I got the new UI for a while now . And while it’s great to watch the wallpaper , the box buttons were easier to spot and tell .
