Not trans hating or anything, just curious. Wouldn’t the flag be obsolete in 2077 given the fact that one can augment their looks freely? No one would care unless it’s a preference thing but other than that, no complaints should be raised unlike irl. I feel like her telling her true reason for winning the race as well as her backstory should be enough to tell players she’s trans, especially since it’ll give a shock factor.

It kind of slips under the radar, but there’s something about this that makes Claire a *solid badass:* she has absolutely zero chrome. No implants, no hotswaps, no transplants, nothing. That means that she transitioned the old-fashioned way, with E and patience, despite there probably being “easier” ways to do it.
Why? Because she loves machines, but doesn’t want to be one. She knows *exactly* who she is, decided exactly how she was going to lock it in, and she didn’t compromise on one part of it to make another part of it go faster. Gotta admire that.
Also, spent a while as a death race gunner with *no fucking chrome.* Armor rating of zero, one bullet will fuck her right up. There’s a reason she’s the bartender at Afterlife, who makes the named drinks. Legends see to legends.

Loved how they portrayed Claire, trans is just a part of her identity. Other writers would have wrote “Hello, my name is Trans Claire because I am trans. Would you like some of my trans-tails? I call it trans-tails instead of cocktails because I am trans.”
