Did I do okay on silicon lottery? 7800X3D, -33 undervolt all cores

Benchmark though OCCT. I undervolted all cores to -33, but I know I can go further. Going to -40 did result in crashes, but I saw no meaningful performance difference from -30 to -35, so I just split the difference.

I don't think there is any clock stretching? During benchmark and stability testing, all cores (under effective clock speeds) looked normal; they would be pretty low at base speeds, but all had no issues ramping to 4.7 or so ghz.
