All preference, so each to their own.
But for me it’s flat, and try to match the vertical height of the centre monitor as closely as possible.
If I’m going vertical, I prefer it be a flat monitor. I just don’t know if I like the idea of using a curved monitor vertically. But never tried it so can’t really say for certain.
Flat monitor but also a Much smaller monitor that better aligns with the height of the main monitor. I have a 27 in main and around a 14 in secondary that is vertical. Lines up quite nicely
