Hey everyone! I wanted to share my single-handed button layout for CSGO. I had a stroke at 13, which left me unable to use my left hand, and for a while, I thought my gaming days were over. Then I found this 12-button mouse.
At first, it felt impossible — learning utility binds, movement, and weapon switching all with one hand was a grind. But after putting in the time, I’m now able to keep up with my friends without falling behind in ranks. CSGO has been a huge part of my life, and finding a way to adapt and stay competitive has been one of the most rewarding experiences.

My fat fingers would never…
That’s sick. I also like how everything is mapped. Would’ve done the same. Also just as a thought, imagine if you get two foot pedals for strafing, would that be a good idea?
Just curious, do you have small hands? I tried to use a mouse like this and I have relatively large hands and kept hitting multiple buttons at once, completely screwing my game up
The indomitable human spirit. Good shit boss
Gotta respect the grind.
Side note: imagine shitting on someone then letting them know you did so with only one hand.
Amazing bro. I had similar mice.
my man doesn’t have bind for “move back”, but has a button reserved for skin inspect can you share a short video of your gameplay?
would a leg pedal work to re-assign atleast 2 buttons to your feet?
Is anyone going to talk about how this guy literally doesn’t have the S key bound? Absolute top fragger energy.
Mezii, on Team Vitality, is known for using right click for move forward. I believe in you, brother! Game on
No back movement?
No slow walk key?
You should look into the g600 they’re discontinued but they’re still around
This would be the first good post on mouse review in years
DDR pad layout next
Only ever moving forwards, big respect on that, no cowards in this squad!
I’ve seen videos of people beating the hardest of games using stuff like wii remotes, dance pads, etc.
If somebody out there is playing CS like this, I wouldn’t doubt it.
I use a similar mouse and only use my left hand for wasd, crouch and shift.
All my nades and guns are mapped to a button on my mouse. Thats how i never scroll through my nades. Just pull out what I need.
Really inspiring!
While it pales compared to you, I had to adapt on how to play with injury as well. The tip of my middle finger on my left hand got sliced off in a work accident like 9 months ago.
Thought my days of playing competitive games like CS were over but slowly I adapted to playing with four fingers!
My movement is lacking compared to before but it’s manageable and I am still having fun.
Do you or have you thought about using foot pedals? I know raider464 used a foot pedal to move right in fortnite ( I know fortnite ) and he was one of the best editors in the game.
You probably better than me. I wish you to somehow recover the use of your arm
Respect!
bro even has inspect on there. WHAT A LEGEND🫡
The razer naga is something else, even tho i never used it, i saw so many posts over the time where people made any thinkable use of it that it should be conducted in some kind of mouse hall of fame
Brilliant. I’m willing to bet a few of our bros from Ukraine and Russia have adapted to this playstyle, or will. Stay safe, friends from the east
much respect
