Eh? You really don’t need to betray Panam for romancing other characters. As long as you didn’t flirt with her before and also not choosing the flirty interactions during the Aldecaldo quests then you’re good.
Betraying Panam meant locking yourself to the Nomad ending since all quests for Aldecaldos will be locked.
Also, you really can’t romance both Panam and Rivers at the same time. Both of them are straight romantic options.
