You won’t get banned. They only ban people for repeated refund attempts. As long as you don’t spend the cp you’ll be fine. I’m not that familiar with Apple, but I know you need to request a refund through your App Store account.
I recommend you just hold on to it because it could cause bigger headaches

Refund it. Just dont spend thst CP. You’ll be good. If spend and resulted in negetive CP, you’ll be banned
Keep it. I did the same mistake and my CP were in the negative until I “refunded” them. It’s not worth it.

Don’t use the cp if you want to refund
If you haven’t spent the cp then you shouldn’t have an issue getting it refunded. You also probably won’t get a ban or anything unless you’ve done refunds multiple times. Message support
