I think IW is one of the few game you literally just can’t play on PS5. Just not compatible. Could be wrong though.
i think its only backwards compatible on xbox
If you purchased the game physically, you’ll need to rebuy it digitally, or buy a disc drive for your console. It sucks, but I’m not aware of any other solutions.
If you purchased it digitally, make sure the account that bought the game has your ps5 designated as the “main console”.
Jackal Assault is likely able to be downloaded because that was a digital purchase made on your account, so your account has the requisite key to download it.
Edit: I could be totally wrong, I don’t have IW, as other folks have mentioned it also might be incompatible with ps5
