it’s definitely not, it’s hard but not close to the hardest, you just need to play smaller maps and if you do 5 wins in a row it counts as 3×3 wins for the achievement (10 wins in a row = 7 Chicken Craver Combat Medals)
I’d argue that the Sharpshooter or the Commando are levels of magnitude harder to do, since (specially the commando) you can’t do it “accidentally”
