The Anniversary UMP and AKM Hellfire are extremely hard to acquire, but the good thing is that they come fully upgraded right from the start. They include a loot crate and a kill message, which adds great value. However, I strongly suggest that any duplicates should not convert into Silver Fragments. Instead, they should be converted into 3 Materials. After spending so much UC on the Anniversary crate, it makes no sense for such high-tier duplicates to yield such a low return.

That means you’d spend less money on materials. Same reason they don’t allow you to refine some items for wealth, like parachute trails and graffiti of pink rarity, even though the purple ones can be redeemed for wealth points
