Player is not intended to reach it but it’s possible. It’s basically out of bounds area.
I am tempted to say it’s possible with one specific loadout. I haven’t tried it, but I can’t see how it wouldn’t be possible.
Comrade’s hammer, the one-bullet pistol, produces a ton of knockback. Not sure if this is intentional, but it makes little sense. When you’re on a bike and you shoot the ground using comrade’s, you will jump. And I’m talking JUMP. I’ve cleared entire buildings with it. It depends on the angle you shoot the ground at, if you shoot the ground in front of you, you’ll lose a ton of speed.
So the idea is to get on a bike, max out the accelerator, and shoot the lip of that launch ramp (way easier in 3rd person) just as you go off of it. You’ll definitely get closer that way, and in my mind it may be the only way to cross the gap while on a vehicle (without dismounting and cheesing double jumps with guts)

I believe the devs put this in as a joke. Everybody tries to get across only to find out that there is nothing there.
Maybe with nitro mod
You can get modded helicopters .
You can reach it, but go further than 5 meters and the game respawns you back on the other side with the usual “There’s nothing out there for ya” message
