Not going to lie, 5080 is a good choice IMO, I wish they didn’t skimp on ram this gen… and last gen.
I will say though with all of Nvidia’s issue this lunch I would watch that card like a hawk… IE Power connectors, leaking heat pads, missing rops…
Because of all that when I upgraded this go around I was going to get a 5070ti or 5080 or a 9070 XT and even thought about the 9070 normal version… finally I ended up getting the 9070XT it isn’t the most insane deal but it was fair I think.
Its been great so far I got it to replace my EVGA 3080 … It was time… I will miss you EVGA.
EDIT: To clearify I did pay retail for the 9070xt even got it from Bestbuy.
