The quest doesn’t give you much description outside of his general crimes, but you can find his horrible sins all over NC and trust me….when I say something is fucked up in Cyberpunk, IT IS fucked up.
I screwed up stealth and ended up going guns-blazing. Didn’t even realize Jotaro died until the task showed as complete.

Well since you’re V you have to beat him with their stand 「Silverhand」 which has a D in all of his stats and his power is giving its user life threatening seizures…. Wew…. Good luck
