It is possible to snap on someone like this and that gun does laser like that…that being said, who knows anymore. Could go either way, id have to see more.
The immediate tracking up and down as you jump and fall was very sus indeed.

no that is aimbot, he never left the exact center of your head through your jump and animation going down. Aim assist makes aim very sticky to the player model but it doesnt make aim hit the exact same point on the player model for the entire kill.

based on the bot movement and centering, i would say most likely aim bot. he clearly looks lost on game awareness and locks on to you
The aim was a tad sus but for the other part it does say you where tracked by a ping in the right corner
