Slowly thinking ahead for when I upgrade my computer, specifically looking at monitors. I am currently with x3 1080/60hz monitors and I can’t decide 1080p/144hz~ or 1440p/60hz in the future.
Would purchasing 1440p monitors capable of 144hz be a good purchase. Then adjusting my gaming to 1440p/60fps and 1080p/144fps where appropriate/depending on how I can run the games? For example 1440p would be good for singleplayer, whereas increases fps would be good for multiplayer. Any downsides to this?
I have an HHD that I have all my games and some programs on, I plan on getting an SSD and move things onto that. Can I just copy the files right over to the new drive? Or would it be next to uninstall and reinstall on the new drive?
