As you read above the pc kept shutting down randomly and when booting the cpu over voltage and found that all the voltage are x2 despite the fact that i tested the voltages in aida64 and they are great
Any solutions?

wtf, why are u setting volts over 2, are trying to kill ur cpu!?
setting volts over 1.5 starts killing it and anything high might kill it instantly, thank god for volt protectors,
recommendations no volts higher than 1.4 unless u want it to degrade or die quicker
